Separate type and name with '/' instead of '|'
'|' is not a widely accepted character, whereas '/' is natural to group branches together

Isolated diagnostics did not appear because only diag to diag relations were kept.

Ensure the object matches the given type, but also check that it matches if the name was given with the type.
Only accept to match a commit unambiguously
